At Birkenstock Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and packaged in the original, undamaged shoe box.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Place the shoe box inside a protective shipping satchel and affix the prepaid Australia Post shipping label provided via our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any Australia Post office or red street posting box, and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund progress.
